Lauren Cumbie has been named Project Manager, a role that builds on her deep understanding of Dogwood’s clients, systems, and creative process. Lauren has been with Dogwood for nearly seven years, serving in multiple roles and becoming a trusted leader within the organization. In her new position, she will oversee project workflows, timelines, and cross-team collaboration to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

Jessica Head has been promoted to Senior Marketing Strategist. Jessica has been with Dogwood for almost 3 years and brings strong experience in campaign development, brand strategy, and data-informed marketing. She will continue leading client strategy while helping guide long-term planning and mentoring members of the marketing team.

Stephanie Qrys has joined Dogwood as a WordPress Developer, enhancing the company’s in-house web development capabilities and supporting custom, performance-focused website solutions. Stephanie is passionate about Website Accessibility, a Dogwood priority in web building. Dogwood is excited to add Stephanie and her skill set to our development team.

“These changes reflect the growth we’re experiencing and the people who make it possible,”said Brian Harris, owner of Dogwood. “Lauren and Jessica have earned these roles through their leadership and commitment to our clients, and we’re excited to welcome Stephanie as we continue building a strong, well-rounded team.”
